Celebrating Women in Web3

Websh3 was an event that I created in 2021 to 2022 to shine a light on the powerful, influential, and up-and-coming women in the Web3 and crypto space. I teamed up with Bab's Labs to create the concept, branding, flow, energy, website, marketing assets, videos, and more. I brought in sponsors including CNN, Furman, Bab's Labs, What a Life Productions, and myself, donating $40,000 to make the event happen. We brought in close to 80 women to share their stories and connect, learn, grow, and evolve at The Dean in New York. One of the videos I created was shown on trucks driving around the city, all over social media, and in Times Square on the biggest TV in New York—probably the biggest my content has ever been.

The Mission

Websh3 was an event that I created in 2021 to 2022 to shine a light on the powerful, influential, and up-and-coming women in the Web3 and crypto space. The mission was to create a platform where women could share their stories, connect, learn, grow, and evolve together in an industry that has historically been male-dominated.

I teamed up with Bab's Labs to create the concept, branding, flow, energy, website, marketing assets, videos, and more. The collaboration brought together creative vision and strategic execution to create an event that truly celebrated and elevated women in Web3. We brought in close to 80 women to share their stories, creating a powerful community gathering that fostered connection and growth.

The event took place at The Dean in New York, a fantastic venue that my friend owns. This location provided the perfect backdrop for an event that brought together the Web3 community in one of the world's most influential cities, creating a space where powerful conversations and connections could happen.

Creation & Collaboration

I teamed up with Bab's Labs to create the concept, branding, flow, energy, website, marketing assets, videos, and more for Websh3. This collaboration brought together creative vision and strategic execution to create an event that truly celebrated and elevated women in Web3.

Concept & Strategy

Developed the core concept for Websh3, creating a vision for an event that would shine a light on powerful, influential, and up-and-coming women in the Web3 and crypto space. The strategy focused on creating a platform for connection, learning, growth, and evolution.

Branding & Design

Created the branding, flow, and energy for the event, developing a visual identity and experience design that captured the spirit of celebrating women in Web3. The branding work extended across all touchpoints, from the website to marketing materials.

Website Development

Built the website for Websh3, creating a digital home for the event that communicated the mission, showcased the speakers and participants, and provided information about the event. The website served as a central hub for all event-related information and registration.

Marketing Assets

Created comprehensive marketing assets to promote the event, including graphics, social media content, and promotional materials. These assets helped spread the word about Websh3 and attract participants and sponsors.

Sponsors & Funding

I brought in sponsors for the event, which was a very cool achievement. The sponsors included CNN, Furman, Bab's Labs, What a Life Productions, and myself. These partnerships helped bring the event to life and provided the resources needed to create a truly impactful experience.

I actually donated $40,000 to make the event happen, demonstrating my commitment to supporting women in Web3 and creating spaces for connection and growth. This significant personal investment, combined with sponsor support, enabled us to bring in close to 80 women to share their stories and connect, learn, grow, and evolve together.

Sponsor Partners

CNN, Furman, Bab's Labs, What a Life Productions, and Jacob Lill came together to support Websh3, creating a coalition of organizations and individuals committed to elevating women in Web3. These partnerships brought credibility, resources, and visibility to the event.

Times Square Video

One of the coolest parts of Websh3 was one of the videos that I made that you'll see on this page. This video was actually shown on trucks driving around the city, shown all over social media, but the coolest part is it was shown in Times Square on the biggest TV in New York.

That's probably the biggest my content has ever been. Seeing the video displayed on the massive screen in Times Square was an incredible moment, representing the reach and impact of the Websh3 event. The video's distribution across trucks, social media, and Times Square created a multi-channel marketing campaign that brought visibility to the event and the mission of celebrating women in Web3.

The video production work for Websh3 captured the energy, mission, and impact of the event, creating content that could be shared across multiple platforms and reach diverse audiences. The Times Square placement represented a pinnacle of visibility, bringing the message of women in Web3 to one of the world's most iconic locations.

Community Impact

Websh3 brought together close to 80 women to share their stories and connect, learn, grow, and evolve. The event took place at The Dean in New York, a fantastic venue that my friend owns, providing the perfect setting for this powerful community gathering.

The event created a space where powerful, influential, and up-and-coming women in Web3 and crypto could come together, share their experiences, and build connections. This gathering fostered a sense of community and support in an industry that has historically been male-dominated, creating opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and growth.

By shining a light on women in Web3, Websh3 contributed to the broader movement of increasing diversity and inclusion in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. The event demonstrated the power of creating intentional spaces for underrepresented groups to connect, learn, and thrive together.
