A project exploring a more direct connection between The Polish Ambassador and his fans, through music, live events, and digital collectibles. I built the blockchain and web tools behind it, including integrations with NFT Unlocker, QuickWallet, and Magic Ticket, and helped fans take part at shows.
The Polish Ambassador has been one of my favorite artists for years. I remember listening to him on repeat as I learned to code. At the time, I was excited about what NFTs and decentralized technology might make possible for music communities: new ways to support artists, participate in events, and create together.
The vision was to remove middlemen, unnecessary steps, and friction between artists and fans, preserving the magic of that relationship and letting connection flow more directly. My contribution was to turn that idea into tools people could use, including smart contracts on Ethereum Mainnet and Polygon, a minting application, and ways to distribute digital collectibles.
I integrated three of my technologies: NFT Unlocker, QuickWallet, and Magic Ticket. Together, they connected digital collectibles with music, event access, and direct fan engagement.
As part of the Polish2Space project, I developed several powerful tools, including "NFT Unlocker", a unique web-based tool integrated within the project's official website. This tool serves as a gateway for NFT holders to unlock exclusive benefits offered by The Polish Ambassador.
NFT Unlocker not only enhances the value of The Polish Ambassador NFTs but was able to create actual utility while fostering a stronger connection between the artist and the community. It represents a significant step forward in how NFTs can be leveraged to deliver real-world utility and exclusivity in the music space.

A big part of the work happened at live shows, talking with fans in person and helping them take part. Many were new to digital collectibles. I integrated a Polish Ambassador version of QuickWallet so they could get a collectible commemorating the show without a long setup process.
Fans could scan a QR code, create a wallet, and receive their digital collectible automatically. Paired with an explanation in person, it made the process feel immediate and easy, keeping the focus on the artist and the experience in the room.
For me, this was where the idea became tangible. People who were there for the music could try something new and support an artist they loved, with fewer steps between their curiosity and taking part.
QuickWallet allowed concert attendees to create a wallet in under 10 seconds! No technical knowledge required, just scan and go.
QuickWallet was fully branded as Polish Ambassador, allowing fans to see a friendly face and feel connected to the artist from the start.
Utilizing QuickWallet, we were able to airdrop a special "Digital Collectible" (NFT) to each person who created their QuickWallet, commemorating their experience.
One of the most convenient features of QuickWallet is the ability for users to buy NFTs with their credit card instantly, removing another barrier to entry.
Using QuickWallet, we were able to identify holder's emails, creating a means to directly communicate with the community and build lasting relationships.
We used Magic Ticket for the launch party so NFT holders could access tickets through their collectibles.
I had already integrated Magic Ticket with NFT Unlocker for Chris Dyer's Galactik Gang, and brought that experience into Polish2Space.
We were able to use Magic Ticket for the Polish2Space launch party and create instant meaningful real-world utility for NFT holders. Additionally, we were able to create a line of communication with NFT holders which wasn't possible before Magic Ticket.
Magic Ticket combined with NFT Unlocker allowed verified NFT holders to access tickets to the launch party, creating real-world utility for their digital assets.

I was a fan in the room as well as a developer on the project. What felt incredible to me was the sense of community, like everyone had a seat at the table and a way to contribute. For people there simply to enjoy the music, it was also a new way to support the art and artists they loved.
That direct relationship was what excited me most: people coming together around music, with the tools making it easier to connect and take part.
